SkylightUI for In-Patient hospital system utilizing in-room display and pillow speaker/key pad controller
Hospital stays can be scary, clinical and uncomfortable—so what can care givers do to make the sometimes unavoidable stay more bearable? They develop a system (both easy to learn and navigate) that provides in-room entertainment, allows a patient to order a snack or even facilitates a video chat with family members.
This system places much of the patient’s hospital experience in the control of their very own hands… via the 10 keys found on their bedside pillow speaker/controller.
“[We’ve] gone through the latest [walkthrough] and it looks fabulous!… Have we mentioned how much you guys rock?”Director, Product Management
In-Patient hospital system utilizing in-room display and pillow speaker/key pad controller tailored specifically to younger patients.
The system was so successful, a kid friendly UX/UI was designed for younger patients and their families—utilizing the same core structure and navigation method while featuring a brighter, color coded experience.
